At Aesthetic Dentistry Associates, we believe that regular hygiene and dental check-up visits are vital to maintaining a healthy and beautiful smile – and we want to make it easy to keep you smiling!

Our Aesthetic Dentistry Associates Whitening for Life program has an initial investment of $199 and includes custom take-home whitening trays and an initial supply of professional whitening gel. Every time you keep your preventative care appointment with Dr. Umansky, we will send a whitening gel refill home with you for free so that you can keep your smile bright and white…for life! Some exclusions do apply, so check the program rules for more details. This is an incredible deal that most dental offices do not offer; however, we want to provide our patients with the absolute best possible dental care in Humble, Texas.

The Whitening for Life program is intended for patients of Aesthetic Dentistry Associates who have committed themselves to taking their oral hygiene and general dental health seriously. We believe that it is extremely important to maintain recommended hygiene appointments and receive necessary dental treatment to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile.

Our Whitening for Life program stands by the following guidelines:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must complete an initial hygiene cleaning, X-rays, doctor exam, and re-appoint for your next visit per dentist recommendations.
• You must complete all necessary dental treatment required for basic oral health.
• You must maintain your patient account in good standing.
• Refills will be given at the time of your scheduled hygiene visit.
• Lost or damaged trays will be replaced at patient’s expense.
• Program participants can receive a 5% discount on cosmetic dental services. This cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts

Aesthetic Dentistry Associates reserves the right to end a patient’s participation in the program based on the patient’s health conditions.
